This fully online special education program will teach you how to create safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive learning environments from highly qualified instructors with specialized knowledge about inclusive practices. It’s founded on research-based instructional strategies and innovative ways to apply knowledge and skills, including learning how to assess student growth and innovate in ways that will help your students succeed and become their best selves.

State law requires EC to collect immunization records from students taking six or more credit hours in any term.
Elmira College is a member of the Association for Advancing Quality in Educator Preparation (AAQEP). Pursuant to §52.21 of the Regulations of the Commissioner of Education, the educator programs offered by Elmira College are considered to be continuously accredited for purposes of meeting the New York State requirement that all such programs maintain continuous accreditation.
